This California Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents whose personal information we collect, use, or share. It is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA).

- Personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e)) (name, address, telephone number, employment, financial information including bank account number);
- Commercial information (records of products or services purchased, loan-request information);
- Internet or other electronic network activity information (browsing history, search history, information regarding your interaction with the Site);
- Inferences drawn from the above (a profile reflecting your preferences and characteristics relevant to a loan request).
2. Sources of Personal Information
We collect personal information directly from you (through the online loan request form), automatically (through your interactions with the Site), and from third parties (such as lenders or service providers who verify the information you submit).
3. Business Purposes for Collection
We collect personal information to: forward your loan request to participating lenders in our network; verify your identity; prevent fraud; operate, maintain, and improve the Site; communicate with you; and comply with law.
4. Categories of Recipients
We share categories of personal information with lenders, aggregators, and other third-party marketers in our network for the purpose of matching you with a potential loan offer. We also share with service providers (hosting, analytics) and as required by law.
5. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
Under the CCPA / CPRA, the forwarding of your information to lenders, aggregators, and marketers in exchange for compensation may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under the age of 16. California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. 6. Your California Privacy Rights
Subject to verification of your identity and applicable exceptions, California residents have the following rights:
- Right to know what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and sold or shared about you.
- Right to delete personal information we have collected from you.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
- Right to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of the above rights.
7. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of these rights, email info@ifindloan.com with the subject line CALIFORNIA PRIVACY REQUEST and describe which right you are exercising. To verify your identity, we may ask you to confirm information you previously provided to us. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may require written proof of the agent’s authority.
8. Retention
We retain personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
