Under the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act, and similar laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other states, this forwarding may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.
Your Right to Opt Out
You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Submitting this opt-out request will not affect your ability to use the Site, but if you have already submitted a loan request, your information may already have been forwarded to lenders in our network; this request applies prospectively to any future loan requests you submit through ifindloan.com.
How to Opt Out
Send an email to info@ifindloan.com with the subject line DO NOT SELL MY INFO and include the following in the body of the email:
- Your full legal name;
- The email address and phone number you used (or would use) on the loan request form;
- Your state of residence;
- A statement that you wish to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may require written proof of the agent’s authority and verification of your identity before processing the request.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that signal as a valid opt-out request for the browser and device on which the signal is detected.
Processing Time
We will process valid opt-out requests within 15 business days of receipt. Once processed, your information will not be forwarded to additional lenders, aggregators, or marketers from any future loan request you submit. Communications you receive from lenders to whom your information was previously forwarded are governed by those lenders’ own opt-out processes; contact the lender directly to stop those communications.
