By submitting a loan request through ifindloan.com, you consent to receive disclosures, notices, agreements, and other communications electronically from ifindloan.com and from lenders, aggregators, and other third parties in our network (collectively, “Communications”). This consent is given pursuant to the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and applicable state laws.
What This Consent Covers
This consent applies to all Communications that the Site, ifindloan.com, or a lender in our network would otherwise be required to provide to you in writing, including but not limited to:
- Privacy Policy and Privacy Notices;
- Terms of Use;
- Loan applications, loan agreements, and any related disclosures (including Truth in Lending Act disclosures);
- Adverse action notices and credit-related disclosures;
- Updates and amendments to any of the above.
How Communications Will Be Delivered
Communications may be provided to you by email to the address you supplied on the loan request form, by SMS or text message to the mobile number you supplied, by posting on the Site or on the lender’s website, or by other electronic means. You agree that any such Communication satisfies any legal requirement that the Communication be in writing.
Hardware and Software Requirements
To access and retain Communications electronically, you need: (a) a personal computer or mobile device with a current internet connection; (b) a current version of a major web browser (such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari); (c) an active email account; (d) sufficient electronic storage capacity to retain Communications or a printer to produce a paper copy; and (e) software that allows you to view and read PDF documents.
Paper Copies
You may request a paper copy of any Communication by writing to info@ifindloan.com. A reasonable fee may apply.
Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically at any time by emailing info@ifindloan.com with the subject line WITHDRAW E-CONSENT. If you withdraw consent, we will discontinue your loan-request process; lenders to whom your information has already been forwarded will manage their own communications with you under their own consent practices.
Updating Your Contact Information
You are responsible for keeping your email address and mobile number current. To update your contact information, email info@ifindloan.com.

By submitting a loan request on ifindloan.com, you confirm that: (1) you have the hardware and software described above; (2) you can access and retain Communications delivered electronically; and (3) you consent to receive Communications electronically as described in this notice.
